You’ve made it this far.
By now, you’ve:
This is where most creators stop.
They overthink the launch.
They get caught in perfection.
Or worse…they quietly upload the product and hope people just find it.
That’s not how sales happen.
Sales happen when people know, understand, and believe in what you’ve created.
This week, we fix that.
This week, I’m going to show you how to do a simple, soft launch of your product…using AI to make the process easier, faster, and more effective.
This isn’t about running paid ads or building a full-blown funnel.
It’s about turning your quiet product into a clear offer…
...and getting it in front of the right people through emails and social posts that convert.
No cringe sales tactics. No guesswork.
Just a clean launch plan that works…especially if you’re solo or short on time.
Why should you trust me?
Because I’ve done this.
When I launched my course, Twitter Success Mastery, I didn’t spend a dollar on ads.
No big hype campaign.
Just:
One clear offer
A simply written launch sequence
And value-driven tweets + emails
So far, over 700+ students are learning. And it still sells on autopilot today.
You don’t need a big audience. You need a better process.
And this week, I’ll walk you through mine.
Let’s get into it.
II. Why Most Creators Get Launching Wrong
The biggest mistake I see creators make?
They treat the launch like a moment.
Instead of a message.
Launching isn’t one tweet or one email.
It’s not about announcing “Hey, I made this!” and praying people care.
It’s a process.
A series of intentional messages that warm, educate, and convert.
But most people skip that. And here’s why:
1. They Wait for “Perfect”
Many creators spend months tweaking copy, redesigning pages, and polishing modules.
And never actually launch.
But remember, it doesn’t have to be “perfect”.
They need help. Clear. Actionable.
What I did instead:
When I launched Twitter Success Mastery, the sales page wasn’t perfect. The emails weren’t fancy.
But I focused on the pain it solves…
2. They Don’t Warm Up Their Audience
Creators drop a sales link without any context.
No stories. No previews. No emotional runway.
Your audience needs to be primed.
They need to see the problem, feel the gap, and want the outcome before you ever sell.
If they don’t feel that yet, even the best sales page won’t save you.
3. They Make It About Themselves
Many launches sound like this:
“I spent 3 months building this thing.”
“I’m so proud of this project.”
“This means a lot to me.”
That’s great… But it’s not why people buy.
People buy when you make it about them.
Their pain. Their goals. Their transformation.
4. They Promote Once, Then Go Silent
Some creators post once.
Send 2-3 emails.
Then wait.
When sales are slow, they think the product flopped.
But here’s what I’ve learned from multiple launches:
Most people don’t buy the first time they see something.
They buy after they’ve seen it 4–6 times, in different ways.
Selling once isn’t selling…it’s announcing.
Your launch content should remind, reframe, and repeat.
Later in this part of the roadmap, I’ll show you exactly how to do this with AI.
Including how to generate 9-part email sequence…without writing it all from scratch.
5. They Overcomplicate the Strategy
Finally, most creators get stuck because they think launching = big funnels, webinars, affiliates, sales calls, urgency timers….etc
That’s not required.
You’re a solo creator.
You just need clarity + consistency.
That’s what worked for me.
I built a repeatable soft-launch system that uses 9 emails, a few high-leverage posts, and a clear offer.
Not only did that get me to 700+ sales,
It’s the same system I use every time I release something new…even with an audience of 75K+.
Because of simple scales.
The Truth?
You don’t need to be loud.
You don’t need to be famous.
You don’t even need to be perfect.
You just need to launch like someone who knows what they’re doing.
And this week, I’ll teach you how…with the help of AI.
If you're reading this via email, you might miss part of the content—it's a long one! I recommend checking out the web version for the full experience.
III. The Soft Launch Method: What It Is and Why It Works
If you're a solo creator, here's the truth:
You don’t need a 27-step launch funnel.
You don’t need upsells, downsells, webinars, or any off that sort… Of course you can use those later…
Also, you don’t need to “go viral” to get sales.
What you need is a Soft Launch.
And it’s one of the most powerful tools in this roadmap.
So, what is a Soft Launch?
A soft launch is a low-stress, high-impact way to put your product out to the world.
No pressure. No hype. Just clear value…delivered to a warm, trusted audience.
Instead of shouting at the masses, you:
Speak directly to the people who’ve been following your journey
Educate them on the problem your product solves
Show them why now is the right time to take action
It's the opposite of trying to “go big.”
And that’s exactly why it works.
Why Soft Launches Work (Especially for Lean Creators)
Most of your audience isn’t ready to buy from a single tweet. (and please don’t expect this to happen…because it will not)
But they will buy when you:
Build emotional context
Solve a specific problem (pain points)
Show them what life looks like after they buy (transformation)
Remove confusion from their decision (removing frictions)
That’s what a soft launch does:
It builds belief.
By the way, at this point, if you are following from the beginning of this roadmap, you have all the pieces (pain points, transformation, friction removers..etc), you just have to put them where they needs to go…I will show you this later today!
You move your audience from “maybe later” to “I need this now”…through well-timed, simple content.
Here’s how I used this for my own launch:
When I released Twitter Success Mastery, I didn’t use a long sales funnel.
No scarcity gimmicks.
I wrote a few honest posts that hit real pain points.
I sent out simple emails that told a clear story.
I showed the transformation, not just the features.
That’s it.
The result?
700+ people joined… (still counting…)
What Makes a Soft Launch Work?
Here’s the framework I use every time:
Warm-Up Content
→ Posts/emails that re-surface the pain your product solves
→ Build anticipation without pitching yetReveal the Offer
→ Introduce the product simply, with clarity (no fancy sales language)
→ Focus on the transformation: “Here’s what this will do for you”Consistent Reminders
→ Share different angles over the next 5-9 days
→ Use testimonials, behind-the-scenes, story posts, and FAQs to reinforce the offerClose With Confidence
→ Remind people that this is available now
→ Encourage them to take action (without hard pressure)
Why This Works for Your Audience
Let’s be real…Your followers aren’t waiting with wallets out.
They’re distracted. They need repetition. They need clarity.
And if you’re like most of my readers, you:
Don’t have time to build full-blown funnels
Don’t want to sound salesy
Don’t know what to write or when to post
That’s why I recommend the soft launch method.
It doesn’t require scale…it requires intentionality.
The best part?
You can now automate 80% of it using AI, and I’ll show you how in the next section.
IV. The 3-Part Launch Stack (Simple & Repeatable)
Here’s the truth:
You don’t need complexity.
You need a repeatable rhythm that converts attention into action.
That’s why I use (and now teach) a 3-part system for every launch:
Warm
Reveal
Reinforce
It works whether you have 500 followers or 50,000.
And once you build it, you can reuse it for every product.
Let’s break it down.
1. Warm: Prime the Audience
Before you pitch anything, get people emotionally and intellectually ready.
That means:
Surface the pain you’re solving
Share personal experiences around that pain
Start talking about the topic behind your product
When I launched Twitter Success Mastery, I didn’t start by saying “Buy this.”
I started by sharing how I got 10K+ followers in one month.
I posted lessons, mistakes, moments of growth…so people wanted the solution before I sold it.
2. Reveal: Present the Product (Clearly)
Once your audience is warmed up, you reveal the product.
But don’t make this complicated.
Make it clear, benefit-driven, and honest.
Structure your Reveal with:
A headline: What the product does for them
A story: Why you made it
The outcome: What they’ll be able to do after buying
The details: What they get + how to access it
For my launches, I always focus on simplicity.
Clear tweets. Clear emails. (9 emails)
That’s all it takes to activate the people who’ve been waiting.
*Emails shared below…
3. Reinforce: Stay Top of Mind
This is where most creators fall off.
They post once, send 2-3 emails…and go quiet.
But your audience isn’t ignoring you.
They just need repetition and reasons to care again.
Here’s how to reinforce without sounding repetitive:
Angle Shift Posts: Highlight a different benefit each day
Behind-the-Scenes: Share your build process, struggles, design choices
Social Proof: Post testimonials, replies, screenshots
FAQ Content: Answer hesitations like “Is this right for me?”
Your Job Isn’t to Convince…It’s to Clarify
When done right, this 3-part stack feels effortless.
Just:
Warm their mind
Reveal the offer
Reinforce the value
This is the same system I use every time…whether I’m selling a $49 product or a $1,500 service.
And now you’ll get the exact tools I use to build it…powered by AI.
V. How I Did It: A Look Behind My Launches (emails)
Let me walk you through exactly how I launch my products using email.
Not some theory I picked up.
And the best part?
I do it in 9 emails.(with pre launch emails)
But the magic isn’t in the number of emails…it’s in the sequence and how they’re written.
Here is the full overview:
Let’s break it down.
Phase 1: The Warm-Up (3 Emails – No Selling)
Before I ever mention the product or ask for a sale, I send 3 value-packed emails.
These are not promotional. They’re educational.
Their only goal?
To give context around the product…what it solves, why it matters, and how it fits into the reader’s world.
Each email is rooted in a core idea behind the product:
A mindset shift
A personal lesson
A transformation story
The tone is honest, helpful, and friction-free. Even the P.S. doesn’t pitch the product. I just mention that:
“You’re getting this because you joined the waitlist.”
That's it.
Let me share an actual email I have written (written for X Viral Thread Blueprint)
This is one among three pre-launch emails.
Subject: I’ve been exactly where you are...
Body:
When I first started writing on Twitter (now X), I had a lot to say—but no idea how to say it in a way that mattered.
I’d spend hours crafting a thread.
Hit publish.
And watch it die a quiet death with 4 likes, 0 retweets, and maybe one pity comment from a friend.
It was frustrating.
I knew I had valuable ideas.
But I didn’t know how to package them so people would stop scrolling and actually care.
So I did what most people do.
I studied viral accounts.
I copied popular formats.
I bought swipe files and hoarded “hook templates”.
And still… nothing worked the way I hoped.
Threads felt forced.
I didn’t sound like myself.
And even when I followed the so-called rules, the results were inconsistent at best.
Eventually, I realized the problem wasn’t me.
The problem was that I didn’t have a repeatable system.
Not a template. A system.
One that helped me take a real idea and shape it into something readable, shareable, and true to my voice.
So I stopped chasing hacks...and I built my own blueprint.
I leaned on frameworks.
I used AI to think faster, not just write faster.
I found a way to consistently create threads that actually connected.
That’s when things changed.
My audience grew from 3,000 to 75,000+.
People started DMing me saying,
“Your threads are the reason I followed you.”
“Can you teach me how to write like this?”
And the truth is…
Yes, I can.
Because the exact system I used?
That’s what I teach inside Viral X Thread Blueprint.
If you're tired of guessing…
If you're done writing threads that don't go anywhere…
Then the method that changed everything for me, can do the same for you.

Phase 2: The Product Reveal (1 Email)
On Day 4, I shift gears.
I finally say:
“You can buy the product today!”
This email is short and clear.
I explain:
What the product is
Who is it for
What it helps them do
How to get it
No fluff. No sales tactics.
Just clarity.
Because by this point, the right people are already primed and curious.
They’ve been waiting for the solution…this email just delivers it.
Phase 3: The Reinforcement (5 Emails)
After the reveal, I don’t “push” the product.
Instead, I go deeper.
These emails answer questions, remove doubts, and give readers a look inside:
What they’ll really get
Why it works
What outcomes to expect
Who it’s not for
Some emails break down a module.
Some share student results.
Some address common objections…without being defensive.
All of them are designed to make one thing clear:
This product was built for you…if this is the problem you’re trying to solve.
